SPRINT RACES
IMA Rental karts are available for Open Pracitces and the CCMP Sprint Race Events which include practice sessions, heat Races and a Race Final event. Drivers compete for series points and award trophies depending on the drivers per class. classes include LIghtweight, Lightweight Senior & Heavyweight (Avg. Wght > 190 lbs) Rental Kart price for the Sprint Race event is $65 and includes race entry and kart rental. Online Registration is $50 All Inclusive! Arrive and Drive Kart Rentals for 5 years and up available. Leave your karts with us! Country club storage available which includes your kart prepped and ready for your next event upon arrival with a dedicated mechanic. NOW Transportation to local Florida Karting events availabe as part of the IMA Racing team!
ENDURANCE RACES
Racing experience or completion of a certified racing school is required for entry in the IMA Endurance Race Events. Event is open to IMA Rental Karts, Box Stocks, Briggs, Animals, Clones. Racing Schools are offered the morning of the race event as well as additonal dates during the month. The IMA Endurance Races will start with open lapping sessions as a qualifying session to determine starting position. We will have rental classes for each kart class and three IMA Rental Race Classes: Lightweight, Lightweight Senior & Heavyweight (Avg. Team weight over 190 lbs) with the number of drivers per team based on race duration. Race Awards are given to each driver on the top three finishing teams per class. If you can not sign up for your own team, we will place you on a team. AMB-IT Timing system will monitor your track times and laps completed with real time data provided during the race! you can even check your results after at www.mylaps.com post the race event!
PIT STOPS
Teams will plan their own pit stops or driver changes. A good racing strategy will impact your team position as these races are very close. In preparation for the race, each IMA kart is thoroughly checked. All the engines and karts will be equalized to ensure close competition. If a repair is needed during the race, our professional mechanics will promptly repair or replace the kart, returning you to the track as quickly as possible. Kart damage due to rough driving will be the teams responsibility. The number of pit stops or driver changes as well as total number of drivers and race event pricing are detailed below.
